This is a free education app that will teach you about the national flag of Sri Lanka. The current design of the Sri Lanka flag (also called Lion Flag) is its 4th; the design of the flag has been modified officially 3 times since 1948. The current Sri Lanka flag was officially adopted on December 17, 1978.

This effort is to explore the history and formation of Sri Lanka flags. You'll learn about the history, and formation of flags, use of colors, symbols, stripes and their meanings, provincial flags, capitals of each province and locations.

Because it has all the details of Sri Lanka flags from the "British Ceylon Flag" to the "Current Lion Flag" and all flags related to all provinces. This app is simple, and has an easy navigation system, provides details of the formation of the national flag, provincial flags, capitals and location details, therefore it is extremely user-friendly and worthy to have. We are working to enhance features and to add more demographic details in future versions.
