Generating Genius

Generating Genius (GG) seeks to assist talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds to realise their potential in Science, Technology, and Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects during their secondary 
school years, through to university entrance.

The Uni Genius (UG) programme targets highly capable students in the sixth form who are typically studying a mixture of AS and A-Level STEM courses. UG strives to provide students with a mixture of enrichment activities, industry-linked opportunities and academic support, with the aim of supporting students to access the country’s top universities.

UG’s unique system bridges the gap between highly motivated students and the opportunities that can support their passage in to university and careers. Information about all of the events and activities that exist with stakeholder organisations are publicised using our GroupSpaces platform, making them easily accessible, and readily available.

The purpose of the Android App for GG is to let students on our GroupSpaces network access and register for upcoming opportunities more easily.
