Chess Tactics

PinChess is an online chess tactic server. The problems are at all difficulty levels from beginner to master. Currently we have more than 30,000 tactical positions. All puzzles are taken from real games, and we are generating more tactic puzzles daily.

GOAL :

In each puzzle find the best move that leads to at least 2 pawns worth of material advantage (In terms of the chess engine, the best move requires at least 200 centipawn advantage).

For every position, there is only one solution. But some tactics may need more moves to complete because of tricky moves that the user should be able to handle and complete the puzzle successfully.

RATING SYSTEM :

The rating system that is using for calculating users and tactics rating is Glicko. For the new users, the amount of rating change is high, but it will be lower when the user solved more tactics.

To get the rating and use other statistic information, users must sign in. You can sign in with your Google account or other email providers.
