Why we use this API:

1. Enforcing App Limits: We use the Accessibility Service to detect when a specific app is opened. If you have set a usage limit for that app and the time has expired, the service allows us to show a "Limit Reached" overlay screen, effectively pausing the app’s use until the next day.

2. App Lock Protection: When you lock an app for privacy, the Accessibility Service detects the launch of that app and displays a secure lock screen before the app's content is visible.

3. Preventing Uninstallation: For anti-theft purposes, this service can help prevent unauthorized users from uninstalling the app or disabling tracking without your permission.
