About iGET FIT

iGET FIT is used to pair the F20, F25, F45 and F85 watches of the iGET brand with the phone.

The iGET FIT application is used to pair with iGET smart watches (model F10 / F20 / F25 / F45 / F85) and expands their functions.

For quick communication, use the email app.igetfit@gmail.com or the form in the application: About the application - Feedback, where you get after logging in or as a Guest (button at the top right of the login screen), not reviews that have a limited number of characters and everything is complicated and slow.

First aid:

1) The watch cannot be connected (the watch cannot be connected after registration):

a) Check the website www.iget.eu for your product, where you will find a video on how to properly connect the watch. Please check it to see if the connection is working properly. Please check it to see if the connection is working properly. Pair the watch only via the iGET FIT application and not on the mobile phone: Settings - Bluetooth. If you see the watch paired here, pair / let it forget and pair only with the iGET FIT application.

b) in the Android quick menu, turn the Location function on and off and try connecting / updating the watch again.

c) in the Android quick menu, turn the Airplane function on and off and try to connect / update the watch again.

d) on your mobile phone, select Settings - Applications - find the iGET FIT application - click on it and then click on the Force termination button or similar name and restart the application.

For HUAWEI phones, it is IMPORTANT to check for an Android update. If so, then install it.

2) If the watch or application is constantly disconnected:

This is because each version of Android controls the power consumption of the phone's battery differently, in some cases it is necessary to set system optimizations so that Android does not automatically turn off applications running in the background.

Always check for Android updates before setting up the Android optimizations below, and if so, install them first.

Every brand of mobile phones and every version of Android, it may have differently set / built. You can also contact your mobile phone manufacturer to send you a procedure on how to set HIS Android version for a given model so that it does not turn off the application or BT connection in the background after turning off the display.

3) Problems with displaying notifications on Android watches

If you do not see notifications / notifications, you need to check that you have notifications enabled:

a) on Android for the iGET FIT application

- all permits at the beginning of the application installation plus permits for notifications / notifications at 1:01

b) in the iGET FIT application

- Left menu - Devices - Alerts - enable items

c) in Android for individual applications

In Settings - Applications have enabled notifications for individual applications on the main page in the form of notifications, the watch only displays notifications / notifications, which are displayed as messages in a separate window on the main screen of the mobile phone
