Ridenest is a social directory of cabs for inter and intra city travel.

Ridenest is a free socially rated directory of transport service providers (taxis and cabs), for inter and intra city movement.

Ridenest is not an aggregator. Unlike many of the radio taxi operators and mobile app cab operators, Ridenest does not own a single cab.

On Ridenest, you simply call up the highest rated service provider and fix your ride! No surge pricing, no wallets, nothing! You like the deal, you go for it and pay in cash.

At Ridenest, we are not here to make money from advertising or commission. Our intent is to leverage the most fundamental of human characteristics – trust, to make travel safe again. After having grown tired of hearing about safety and transparency issues, some of us came together to start a network where we can hire tried and tested transport service providers.

How we ensure the service provider is trusted? We don’t! But you do.

Join Ridenest and ‘Grow Your Nest’. Whenever your travel, please refer the service provider on Ridenest. This will let all your near and dear ones know of whom to travel with and whom to avoid.

The good ones will get a lot more work and the not so good ones, well everyone will know of the low ratings. You can even refer the outstanding ones.

Service providers are rated by users, choose the providers with the highest friend trust rating (FTR) and you will be travelling with people recommended by your network.

• What all can you be on Ridenest?

• You can be a ‘User’ or a ‘Vendor’ on the Ridenest network. A ‘User’ is someone in need of a ride or transportation and the ‘Vendor’ is the provider of User’s need.

• What all can you do on Ridenest?

• As a User, you can:

o Build your profile

o Grow your nest – Add your contacts!

o Rate the vendor – On a scale of 5.

o Refer a vendor – Found a really great vendor, go a step further than just rating, refer the vendor!

• As a Vendor, you can:

o Build your profile

o Grow your nest – Add your contacts!

o Ask for being referred
