In this epic battle of time stealers, our hero Mr. Cogs has just retrieved the stolen "Golden Cog" which helps with keeping the balance of time. He's bringing the Golden Cog back to the source in order to save time. We pick up after hes being chased from his evil nemesis, Count R. Clockwise and his cronies.
