 Registered customers on the service are able to receive among others the following:

• Service Notifications (e.g. shut downs, burst pipe, maintenance and other important information)

• Bill notification

 Customers are also able interact with the system and can do the following:

• Lodge complaints

• Check balances for their water accounts

• And make general enquiries
