While most of the third party ROMs have a Proxy Settings button that works for WIFI as well as 3G, the stock roms do not. Yet the screen is present in all stock ROMs.
This application just brings up that screen.
This APP should be unnecessary on Cyanogen: the Proxy Settings entry is already on the Wireless screen.
