The company is a national insurance company, which was founded on December 2, 1989, under a legal entity Raharti Sudjardjati, SH, and with the approval of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (based on Government decision No. KEP 192/KM.B/1990, DD. 14 March 1990).
