IBS Diet Tracker

Users track their IBS symptoms as they follow different diets.

Tracks IBS symptoms (including symptoms that can be renamed by users) in response to dietary modifications. Changes in symptom severity are displayed as colour- coded graphs. It includes a feature for helping users identify foods that are possible symptom triggers. And it has a facility for making notes about IBS and medication prescribed for its management. Users may access (internet connection needed) lists of foods suitable on a low-FODMAP diet. Symptom graphs can be shared by e-mail or to Facebook.

The App can be used by anyone wishing to monitor their IBS symptoms, but is designed to be used with the Eat2beatIBS.com expert IBS Diet Management Programme. Eat2beatIBS.com gives guidance on following diets that are targeted to symptoms (e.g. bloating, gas, diarrhoea or constipation) and gives users all the information they need about IBS and how it can be managed. There is no advertising, e-mails or in-app sales and only the user has access to his or her data.
