iBeaconTasker combines the awesome power of Estimote iBeacon technology, with the endless capabilities of Tasker and Locale for Android.

iBeaconTasker is a conditional plugin for the automation apps Tasker and Locale. With iBeaconTasker, use your Estimote brand iBeacons to trigger any of the hundreds of possible actions. The plugin is accessed via the Profile tab, under State > Plugin.

This app currently only works with Estimote brand iBeacons. Support for others will be coming in the future.

Here are a few quick examples

-iBeaconTasker combines with AutoHue to turn your lights on when you enter a room, and turn them back off when you exit

-iBeaconTasker combines with Macronos for Sonos to

+Turn your music off or on when you leave and enter rooms.

+Turn your volume up as you exit a room allowing you to continue to hear it wherever you go.

+Have your music jump zones to follow you throughout your home.
