# Providing PUDO (Pick-Up/Drop-Off) solution for sending - receiving goods between Shipper, PUDO Partner (store), and Recipient.

# Ensuring transparency and accuracy:

- Take photos twice (when the store receives the goods from the Shipper, when the store delivers them to the Recipient).

- Final confirmation step of the Recipient before the order is transferred "Delivered".

# Parties are notified promptly (push notification/SMS) according to each event.

#Objects and applications

- Shippers

Use Shipper App to declare order information, scan the store's QR, and receive status notifications.

- PUDO Partner - Partner App (Store staff)

Use Partner App to receive new package notifications, manage pickup and delivery, take photos of parcels, update status, scan recipient's PIN/QR code.

- Receiver

Use the Customer App (or receive information via SMS) to know when the goods arrive at the store, have a PIN/QR code, then confirm "Goods received" on the app

Partner App at the store:

# Receive push notification: "There is a new package waiting for confirmation".

# Click the "Receive goods" button to open "New package list" or click on the notification above => see the package (ID, recipient phone number, Shipper information).

# Click ‘Receive goods’ ⇒ take a photo of the parcel ⇒ transfer order “Sent”.

# The system sends SMS/App to the Recipient: "Goods have arrived, PIN/QR code...", and also sends a notification to the Shipper: "The store has received the parcel".
