Hebi's own team is a special team formed by Sasuke's original goal to discover the existence of Itachi Uchiha, as well as to prevent any interference from any party in his battle.

After his betrayal of Orochimaru, Sasuke traveled to various places in Otogakure in order to recruit new team members, Suigetsu, Karin and Jugo.

By witnessing Itachi's death himself, and learning the truth about Konoha's role in the fall of the Uchiha clan of Tobi, Sasuke eventually changed the name of Hebi's team to Taka (read Elang). Not only the name that changed from this team, but also along with the mission and its own goals also changed to destroy the village of Konoha.
