HourBill: Work Time Tracker

Stop losing billable hours because your timer stopped. HourBill runs in the background — even when your screen is locked. No account, no cloud, no subscriptions.

Built for freelancers, independent contractors, consultants, tradespeople, and anyone who bills by the hour.

⏱️ A WORK TIME TRACKER THAT ACTUALLY KEEPS RUNNING

Most time trackers rely on background processes that Android silently kills when your screen turns off. HourBill is different — its timer runs as a foreground service with a persistent notification, keeps going when you switch apps, and recovers automatically if your device restarts. No more guessing how long a job took. Every billable minute is captured, not lost.

📄 PDF INVOICE GENERATOR IN UNDER 1 MINUTE

Turn tracked hours into a clean, itemized PDF invoice without touching a computer. Built entirely on-device — no cloud, no internet needed:

• Pick a client and date range — billable entries populate automatically

• Add fixed-rate line items, materials, or expense reimbursements

• Include your business details, client info, tax rates, and discounts

• Preview the invoice on your device, then share via email, WhatsApp, or Gmail

🔒 YOUR BUSINESS DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

Your clients, rates, timesheets, and invoices are stored only on your Android device — never on an external server:

• Works fully without any internet connection

• No account or email registration required — open the app and start working

• No servers collecting your client names, billing rates, or invoice history

• Optional Google Drive backup on your own terms — the app never requires it

• Works on remote sites, in cafés, in flight — wherever your work takes you
