Hot Desk App enables members of staff and visitors to find HotDesk locations and confirm ownership of the desk upon arriving. Any empty desks enrolled on the HotDesk system will be available to be booked and will be linked up with a tablet on the desk. This system will maximise desk usage by allowing users to book morning, afternoon or all day slots of time and reduce double bookings.
