Hospital/Clinic Inventory Manager (HIM) helps you easily manage your hospital or clinic's inventory of instruments and consumables. It automatically keeps track of the following:
1. Recurring calibrations for your instruments 2. Recurring maintenance for your instruments 3. Maintenance Contract expiry dates for your instruments 4. Inventory minimums for your consumables 5. Service calls for your instruments
HIM automatically computes the tasks needed to keep the instruments functioning and the consumables adequately stocked. HIM has a task based interface where it clearly shows task priority, which tasks are assigned to who, when the task due date is and which tasks are overdue.
HIM also has a Reports interface for all instruments and consumables. The reports show all the tasks completed for a given instrument or consumable.
