Survive Escalating Threats

Enemy factions grow stronger every months. Manage your threat level carefully — let it rise too high and you'll face overwhelming armies. Fail to repel a Roman invasion, and your people's loyalty will crumble. Lose their loyalty entirely, and the game is over.
