WORK WITHOUT INTERRUPTION

Heiko operates with an offline-first architecture: if you lose signal during a consultation, the app continues to function. All information is saved locally in encrypted form and automatically synchronized when you regain a connection. Your work is never lost.

Smart Calendar: Manage your appointment calendar with monthly and daily views. Create, edit, reschedule, and cancel in-person or virtual consultations. View the status of each appointment (pending, confirmed, completed) and keep track of attendance.

Patient Management: Access each patient's complete record: personal data, contact information, location, health information, and education level. Manage your network of companions or caregivers with kinship and legal representation data.

Dynamic Medical Records: Complete customized medical forms defined by your institution. Each response is automatically saved as you progress. Records can be individual or group records and allow you to manage access permissions by user and role.

Progress Notes and Follow-ups: Record session notes with a rich text editor (bold, italics, lists, links). Create structured follow-ups linked to each medical record. Organize your session history by month.

Informed Consent: Generate and send consent documents for digital signature. Patients sign from their own device, either by drawing their signature or uploading an image. Download the signed PDF or resend the signature email at any time.
