HealthCheck

HeatlhCheck app by Stratum is a Workforce Readiness application that allows Employees to perform at-home "HealthChecks" before they come to work. It ensures that workplaces are safe from infectious outbreaks while allowing the Organization to mitigate the risk of being the next "infection cluster". This, with the added benefit of knowing who is healthy and able to come to work, will allow companies to provide the best service to their customers with their workforce.

HealthCheck is intended only as an information gathering tool to help users and employers manage the safety of their locations, office, buildings or events by screening for common symptoms that may create an unsafe workplace or environment. HealthCheck is not designed or intended to replace the user's healthcare provider, and does not provide any therapeutic services to users. Users should, in all cases, work with their healthcare provider for care and treatment of any condition.
