The app has two parts. One part focusses on insight, reflection and wonder; and may suggest you to dive deeper or try something out.

The other part is more action oriented, where each day, you can choose one action that will nourish one of your basic human needs. These are the needs that will make your heart sing. And you may be surprised that they are different from the needs the world has been selling you on.
