Therefore, the treasures of Islamic thought contained in the hadiths of the Prophet related to political and governmental issues have always been an interesting topic so it is not surprising that from the time of classical ulama to contemporary ulama they have never been separated from using the hadiths of the Prophet in their monumental works when discussing various matters. which is closely relevant to political and government issues.

With this basis, the author tries to carry out simple research as an embodiment of political values ​​and ethics and government governance in building a social, national and state life structure that is characterized and just through a normative religious approach based on the hadiths of the Prophet which have been widely spoken about. its meaning and content at length, especially by classical Islamic scholars, both from the muhadditsin themselves and from the fuqaha circles.
