You can create a list of your activities throughout the week taking into account the amount of times you have to do it each day.
It is more productive to have clear objectives to do. If you want to start going to the gym its easier for you to dedicate a day for each of your trainings, on Monday you can do 20 repetitions for exercising legs, Tuesday 20 repetitions for Arms, and so on.
