Winning Eleven or more commonly known as Pro Evolution Soccer in Europe is a football game series which the most famous are able to shift the dominance of FIFA in Indonesia and several other countries. The series was created under the direction Shingo " Seabass " Takatsuka ( KCEJ ) which is now known as the father of Winning Eleven .

Prior to that era KONAMI also has a game that may be a basic concept called ISS Konami Hyper Soccer . Not found an official statement that the serial Konami Hyper Soccer is a forerunner to the ISS so that we can only mention the title without associating directly with the history of Winning Eleven .
