A child's growth may be hard to notice from day to day, but a consistent record makes the pattern easier to see.

GrowNote helps you record height, weight, head circumference, and BMI for children from birth through age 18, then view their growth over time in a clear and approachable way.

Enter a measurement to calculate its percentile and Z score using the child's age and sex on the measurement date. GrowNote uses the WHO Child Growth Standards 2006 for children under 36 months and the KDCA 2017 growth charts from age 3 through 18.

Instead of relying on broad table ranges, the app applies the LMS method and age interpolation to show a growth position suited to the exact measurement date.
