help and support/progress not saving

Every time I try to sign in to Google play games it doesn't work my progress do not save so every update I have to play the tutorial every time and when I try to contact help and support to restore my profile its not working when I click on help and support in settings  the menu shows up about 4 to 3 seconds then the game restarts on its own progress not saving was happening since I started playing but help and support issue only started with latest update I wish I could save my progress with Facebook so I would have all this trouble it's starting to bother me an i'm thinking of uninstalling the game but I really like this game help me please restore my profile and add Facebook as a way to save progress
