I have a problem, when I want to start mission, it loads to 99% and it wont start. Anyone else with the same problem?

make sure all in game files were downloaded properly over a stable internet connection. I've had this issue a couple of times and had to reinstall the game completely and make sure all the in game download files were done before everything worked again.
