Play store is best
updates need low data cost but here you have to download all data again

Am using a chinese phone- huawei honor 4A
I was told to download google installer if i want google play store but unfortunatelt my Google play store isn't opening despite downloading Google installer,Goole calendars, Google synchronization- it keeps on loading but does not open. I have tried restarting my phone but to no avail
please help
