2. Content of the following sections

- Terms of use

· The following terms regulate the rights to use and not to use the App Golf 18 software - Please read the terms of this contract carefully, this is a legal agreement drafted based on the provisions of Vietnamese law and responsibility for user information is stipulated in the information security code

· The Golf 18 application is designed for entertainment purposes and is like a skill match in the sport of Golf. Golfers rely on the handicap of the vHandicap and WGHN scoring systems. Golfers then compete in skill matches and according to their handicaps.

· The application is provided for free with the aim of helping golf sport combine skill handicap competition to create fun, healthy, civilized matches and have a ranking to see which golfer has conquered the most skills in 1 year and created many rewards and penalties in the match.

· Help Outing clubs have LiveScore when organizing mini tournaments

· Connect caddy information from courses to golfers.

· Golf 18 scoring system on smartphone -> upscore to Vhandicap and WGHN instead of paper

- User accounts and registration

· Authentication information is registered via OTP with the user's phone number and we will not share that access information with anyone else for any purpose. Any request from a state management agency when requesting to extract user data requires confirmation from the prosecutor's office and approval from the owner. We only provide solutions for users and do not participate in the personal rights of the owner.

- Contract term

· This agreement takes effect as soon as the user decides to register an account on the Golf 18 system and log in to our system

· We have the right to terminate or block the account if the owner uses it for illegal purposes and we refuse to be responsible.

· Permanently delete account borders or terminate if dishonest scoring behavior is detected such as self-scoring points, rewards... for the purpose of unfairness in matches and rankings
