Through Global PDV, policy holders can streamline the supply process of their medical treatment, with the option of PDV Authorization; this tool facilitates the request for direct payment to our insurance company, since it is designed especially for policy holders to have their medical treatment in due time and proper manner, without worrying about making an expense and then a refund paperwork to have their medication.

The benefit of using this system is that it reduces the response times of your insurance company. Global PDV is fast, easy and safe; just enter your data, complete the forms of your insurance company online, upload the requested documentation, select your products and send the authorization to your insurance company. On the Requests History panel, you will know when it is authorized or rejected by your insurance company; if it proceeded favorably, the supplier you selected at the time of making your request, will contact you to make the delivery of your treatment in a period of 24 to 72 hours, at the address and time indicated when making your procedure; in case your request is denied, the insurance company will indicate the causes or reasons for it.

Additionally, if you have a treatment for a chronic condition covered by your insurance company, you can schedule your authorization requests online so that you do not abandon your treatment.

If you have beneficiaries, as a policy holder, you can manage them and make the procedures for applying for authorization of prescription supply of the treatment indicated by your physician.
