Sleep is one of the physiological processes carried by our body to reboot our brain after a hard day work to help us manage stress and regain our energy. It refreshes our mind bringing joy and happiness for us to move on to our daily activities. It's deprivation not only lead to emotional and psychological instability but also affect our general well being and health as a whole.
