Genesys Care Mobile Application enables entitled Genesys Customer Care users to view and update Cases opened with Genesys Customer Care, receive push notifications about Case updates and Alarms, view Case Owners' status in real-time and make Case-related phone calls into Genesys Customer Care Centers. Newer functionality includes Alarm monitoring functionality from within the Genesys Care Mobile Application, as well as the Chat functionality to chat with analysts assigned to cases.
Requires data connection, registration with Genesys Care and valid entitlement.
