Frozen Harbor is a calm log for sleep rhythm, night quality, and evening choices — fully offline. The journal, evening plan, and technique library all work without an internet connection.
The Log records each night: sleep and wake time, duration, a quality rating up to 10, and a calculated night score. The local history lets you spot patterns across days of the week.
Tonight Plan suggests a bedtime based on recent sleep length and wake rhythm, and lists evening steps with minute estimates: dim the cabin lights, write tomorrow's first task, run a cool room check, review the caffeine cutoff, and complete a slow breathing set. Each step is checked off individually.
Rituals is a library of short repeatable actions to lower evening friction, with a Quick Practices section that tracks completion count for each technique.
The Sleep Library holds 12 offline techniques with steps and local practice history: Harbor breathing for a calming cadence, Worry dock for journalling pre-sleep thoughts, Temperature scan for checking room conditions, Progressive release for body tension, Screen sunset, and more. Techniques can be saved and marked as practiced.
Stats pulls together a weekly summary: average sleep duration, quality score, consistency count, and practiced technique count. A Weekly Interpretation suggests one factor to focus on — light, caffeine cutoff, or wake time.
