Simple user guide as following:

To scan the QR code, simply open the application, align the code to the phone camera. QR Code Reader will automatically recognize any QR code.Of course, the right distance and angle can help. When scanning the QR code you will see the content of code and take the required action. Some times it requires to rotate the mobile vertically and horizontally to read the code.
