    Assign the car and driver at each race.

    Configure the car set to get more performance in each circuit.

    Monitor the economy.

    Hire engineers and mechanics that allow you to repair damaged parts, make improvements, or better predict the weather

    Keep happy sponsors and fans to improve your income
