Recording attack characteristics is critical in managing and planning therapy in autoinflammatory diseases since patients are completely healthy in between attacks. This App is developed for recording attacks and forming a diary for patients. App also has a medication reminder, note keeper, lab test recorder and appointment interface. Patient is able to send records of diary to his/her responsible physician by e-mail. Records are saved to patients device and nobody is able to access diary unless patient send them by e-mail. App is free for non-commercial uses. For commercial and study purposes a permission must be obtained from publisher/GOTTAM.
