Floating images and teleprompter text over any app for recording or multitasking

FloatPicTxt places floating images and teleprompter text above other apps for recording, teaching, presentations, reading notes, and multitasking. Image mode has experimental support for some animated GIFs. While the overlay is unlocked, long-press an image to hide or show the toolbar and window controls; the image stays visible. GIF results may vary with device performance, file size, frame rate, and encoding. Teleprompter text can scroll or page, with controls for speed, size, spacing, opacity, and color. Images and scripts are processed locally on your device.
