Flexxi is a 'shifts on demand' marketplace for bar workers and employers.

Flexxi is a specifically designed service platform that connects bar workers (bar backs, bar staff and cocktail specialists) with employers within the same industry that are in need of on demand temporary staff cover for specific shifts.

It allows workers the flexibility to pick up extra shifts around their current job /situation as independent traders and allows businesses the flexibility to scale up (or down) their workforce in line with demand / peak times.

Both workers and businesses can create a profile in minutes and immediately search for hospitality staff or be searched for.

Once a shift is posted our clever back end will identify the most suitable, available workers and allow the businesses to view, connect with and select them for the shift, with all details of the shift being shared via the app.

In addition to being able to book and confirm staff, the Flexxi platform will enable workers to be paid directly and will provide the administration services required so once you have created a profile, the tech does the rest.

Flexxi is designed to help people get more work when they need it and enables businesses to maintain a full staff rota to enhance their customer experience.
