About Flashlight Tile Fix Kenzo

This app is only for Redmi Note 3, this fixes nougat flashlight bug, needs root.

This is a quicksettings tile and also a standalone torch app, you may use it in any way, right now it's only for Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, I made this as a workaround alternate to native flashlight tile.
