FlangeMateFS is used by professionals in controlled bolting, quality control/assurance, project and maintenance managers and engineers. All required information and calulations are available for pipe sizes 1/2" thru 60" with flange classes from 75 to 2500. FlangeMateFS includes wall thickness dimensions, pipe diameter dimensions, stud yield for most grades and sizes, elongation of stud, tensioning pressures for a variety of models of tensioners, custom tool entry, torque value calculator with lubrication selection. Choose SAE or metric as needed.
