This app helps the users to keep track of the following exercises that he has done daily:
- Pull up
- Push up
- Plank
- Sit up
User is able to select 1 or more exercise that he would like to record for each day.
He/She is able to set daily target for each of the exercises.
The app will keep record of the exercises for a 10 day period.
