A territory conquest game where you risk your land

FILD Renegade Monsters is a single player territory conquest game in which you grab land from your enemy. Place your pawns next to your adversary’s territories to conquer an area. You must take a risk to increase your territory on the board. The bigger the territories, the higher the reward. But if you risk too much, your enemy grabs back your land before you have created safe areas. You win at the end of the last turn of the board game, if you have conquered more and bigger areas than your adversary.

A tactical and strategic tabletop game

You must use both tactics and strategy to capture land in this easy-to-learn, but hard-to-master table top game. FILD Renegade Monsters is deceptively simple and may feel like tic-tac-toe or noughts and crosses at the beginning. You start with small boards that require only a few turns. But soon the board sizes increase. You often must think many turns in advance and sometimes must take a risk to conquer territories. Moreover, your AI opponents get stronger and you must use all the power of your brain to beat them on the boards.

A game with hexes, skill and luck

To conquer territories and to pass levels, you not only need skill, but also a bit of luck. However – as in backgammon and other board games mixing luck and strategy – in the long run and on average, you conquer the boards of FILD Renegade Monsters with an acquired skilful balance of risk and restraint.

A solo board game with puzzles

FILD Renegade Monsters is a single player territory conquest board game: but it also includes more than 100 puzzles starting at level 10! The puzzle boards have been partially pre-arranged with pawns and there are only one or two right choices to crack the puzzles.
