FCI Number System Converter

This is an application for converting between various numeral systems, it has 3 options.

The First option allows you to convert between decimal, binary, octal and hexadecimal numbering systems.

The Second option allows you to represent any real number in different binary formats (sign and magnitude, one's complement, two's complement and excess 4 notation).

The Third option allows you to decode any real number into floating point notation 8 bits, and IEEE 754 single precision floating point (sign - exponent - mantissa). It also enables you to decode 8 bits binary representation to real number.
