Fass Vård is an app where you can find drug information even without an internet connection. If you experience problems when using the app or have comments, contact info@fass.se

Fass is the pharmaceutical industry's collective list of drugs and is produced by the industry organization Lif - the research pharmaceutical companies. The content is based on product information approved by the authorities and adapted to the various needs of the public and healthcare professionals.

The Fass Vård app is available as an alternative for those of you who, in your professional role, need access to Fass texts even without internet. The app is not aimed at the general public but at users active in the field of health and healthcare.

Good to know:

• You can search for medicines by medicine name, substance name or ATC* code.

• You can scan a package and get directly to the Fass text for the product.

• On the product page, in addition to the Fass text, there are also links to substances, ATC* registers, interchangeable drugs and contact information for the company.

• On the product page there is also information on prescription status, subsidy status, sales status, information on prescriber, appearance, taste and information on whether the medicine is covered by Medical Insurance.

• In the stock status function, you can see which pharmacies have a specific drug in stock.

• The ATC* register gives you the opportunity to navigate to the medicine you are looking for.

• Activate offline mode to access drug information even when your phone/tablet does not have an internet connection. In the field at the bottom of the screen, information is then displayed that you are using the app offline and on which date the current product text was last downloaded to your phone/tablet.

• To automatically update the downloaded information, you need to have an internet connection and possibly be connected to a power source.
