XPD enable users to access blocked web sites, such as Google/Facebook/Twitter, despite political screenings and firewalls. It is install-and-forget, and very easy to use.
When enabled, XPD acts as a local application proxy, and can detect sites that are slow or blocked, and choose a right way to access the target sites.
Also XPD can help international travelers to access their contents at their country. For example, when a traveler visit China, he can access his Facebook and Google account with XPD.
