The Xactbid app is a management system for our customers to see updates on their jobs. It is specifically focused for use with restoration companies. Our customers can see live updates on conversations that we have had within the office, with the insurance company or any of your office personnel. There is also a call schedule that you can view as well. We also do Xactimate writing. You can follow the progress of that as well on this app.
