Welcome to Words for Elephants, an easy-to-use app designed to help consolidating, expanding and keeping alive the vocabulary in any foreign language you are studying.

It is not a learning method nor a classic dictionary. It is a tool, closer to a personal dictionary, in which users can add any word they might find during their travels abroad or their language lessons. It also allows users to take quick tests using the words previously added, so they do not fade away. Simple and convenient.

Words for Elephants has been translated to Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Greek and Ukrainian and the user's guide is available in Spanish and French.

You might be wondering what does it have to do with elephants. Well, maybe it is because elephants never forget. Maybe because a friendly pachyderm greeting you from the main menu looked nice and we needed an excuse to put it there. Or maybe it is a combination of all those reasons. In any case, it doesn't really matter. We just hope you like it and find it useful.
