Travel aid service for ARAG customers
ARAG offers holders of its breakdown insurance policies a free app with which they can call the breakdown service quickly and easily.
Calling breakdown assistance puts you in contact with the ARAG Breakdown service and automatically tells the operator who and where you are by geolocation, making the process faster and more convenient.

International support added. Telephones from outside Spain are allowed and the application can be set up in English and Portuguese as well as Spanish.
Support for people with speaking and hearing difficulties added: in this case ARAG identifies the policyholder as such so that the application works in chat mode instead of setting up a telephone conversation.
