Myo Dialer

Myo Dialer can now answer calls! Using the Myo armband, simply spread your fingers when you get an incoming call and the app will pick up the call for you.

To do this, it needs two new permissions:
* Disable your screen lock
* Prevent phone from sleeping

These are used by the app to answer incoming calls, when your phone may be locked or asleep. Myo Dialer will not remove your lock screen password or keep your phone constantly awake.
