Fitlock presents a novel solution to the age-old problem of gym motivation.

This is Fitlock [beta].
It allows you to lock out any of your audiobooks, podcasts, tv-shows, songs or other types of media content you usually enjoy on a couch, and make them available only when you're busy doing your workout.
Why? Well, in the name of making sure you stick to your healthy routine!
Fitlock presents a novel solution to the age-old problem of gym motivation, applying a concept called "temptation bundling" formalized by Wharton professor Katherine Milkman. The app couples the "should" of your regular gym attendance, with the "want" of the next fix of your favorite show, enabling the latter only together with the former.
The product is very much a proof of concept at this stage, but out near-term goal is to actively develop it and offer new features like:
● Running mode;
● Fitbit and Android Wear integration;
● Geofenced notifications;
● Integration with all major social networking platforms;
● Possible partnerships with various content providers;
● Many other functionality improvements.
